30 day challenge

So into day two of the 30 day fitness challenge. No carbs and following all the rules, so far doing ok apart from the exercise it's raining 

THE RULES

1.       No alcohol – if you can’t go 30 days without a drink you aren’t serious about losing weight.

2.       No dairy – use unsweetened almond milk in place of regular milk

3.       No fruit juices, soft drink, sport drinks. All these contain tons of sugar which makes you gain weight. Sugar is sugar, it doesn’t matter where it comes from.

4.       You must do 30 minutes of exercise every day. I don’t care if it’s a walk, jog, weights, netball etc etc just move 30 minutes every day.

5.       You drink nothing but water & sparkling mineral water. If you need a coffee in the morning, all good but only 1 coffee allowed & green tea or short black are great choices.

6.       Zero bread, pasta and rice. Carbs come from sweet potato, oats, green veggies and fruit but only blueberries, strawberries and watermelon
